• Research organic markets for raw cacao beans, cocoa paste, cocoa powder, cocoa butter, as well as a variety of types of processed chocolate
  
• Look into potential organic markets such as Raw Food and other similar organizations; health food stores etc
  
• Study how to achieve approval from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in U.S. and European food board
  
• Research shipping, taxes and restrictions for each product
  
• Make recommendations
