Food Technician

Responsibilities/ Possible projects:

  • Improve product quality of the chocolate and Coffee Shop foods including design of new products
  • Research and implementation of Organic Certification for a chocolate factory in Ecuador
  • Design new and improve current food packaging of chocolate, coffee and tea in regards to customer susceptibility and high environmental standards
  • Improve production process of chocolate respecting international quality standards
  • Conduct Process Optimization regarding chocolate and food production
  • Find new abroad markets, research and implement International Food import/export standards.


  • Min time: 2 months
  • Qualifications and/or experience in Food Technology or Food Process
  • Engineering or Food related working Fields
  • Sensitiveness and desire to work in the fields of an Wholesome Organic Food Production
  • Fluent English
  • Conversational Spanish
  • Reliability
  • Adaptability and flexibility
